Cuba Dive Expedition Gallery

All of these images were taken with a Nikkor wide angle 16-35mm lens, with a Seacam housing and two Seacam 150D strobes.

This expedition was part of a cultural exchange program that included 3 day visit in Havana and then a 7 hour bus ride and 5 hour boat ride to Jardine de la Reina (Garden of Queens) in Cuba in December, 2015. This was before open tourism was allowed in Cuba.

We had the honor to dive with two of Cuba's most famous and best underwater photographers, Noel Lopez and Fausto De Nevi. They are writing Cuba's first book on Underwater Photography in Cuba since they have been diving there for over 30 years.
